Terms of Service:

Publishers that agree to Pubpower Terms of Service are required to adhere to the following policies, so please read them carefully. If you fail to comply with these policies without permission from Pubpower, we reserve the right to disable ad serving to your site and/or disable your Pubpower account at any time. If your account is disabled, you will not be eligible for further participation in the Pubpower program, nor will you receive any payment.

Because we may change our policies at any time, please check here often for updates. In accordance with our online Terms and Conditions, it's your responsibility to keep up to date with, and adhere to, the policies posted here. Exceptions to these policies are permitted only with authorization from Pubpower.

Invalid Clicks & Impressions

Publishers may not click their own ads or use any means to inflate impressions and/or clicks artificially, including manual methods.

Clicks on Pubpower ads must result from genuine user interest. Any method that artificially generates clicks or impressions on your Pubpower ads is strictly prohibited. These prohibited methods include, but are not limited to, repeated manual clicks or impressions, automated click and impression generating tools and the use of robots or deceptive software. Please note that clicking your own ads for any reason is prohibited.

Encouraging clicks

Publishers may not ask others to click their ads or use deceptive implementation methods to obtain clicks. This includes, but is not limited to, offering compensation to users for viewing ads or performing searches, promising to raise money for third parties for such behavior or placing images next to individual ads.

In order to ensure a good experience for users and advertisers, publishers participating in the Pubpower program may not:

Content guidelines

Publishers may not place Pubpower code on pages with content that violates any of our content guidelines. Some examples include content that is adult, violent or advocating racial intolerance.

Sites with Pubpower ads may not include or link to:

Copyrighted material

Pubpower publishers may not display Pubpower ads on webpages with content protected by copyright law unless they have the necessary legal rights to display that content. Please see a DCMA policy for further information on this subject.

Sanctions Policy

As a Company, we are committed to carrying on business in accordance with the highest ethical standards. This includes complying with all applicable trade sanctions regulations (“Sanctions Laws”) in the countries in which we operate

The Company, the Board of Directors and its management are committed to complying with all laws. Any employee who violates the rules in this Policy or who permits anyone to violate those rules mat be subject to disciplinary action, up to and including dismissal and may be subject to personal civil or criminal fines.

It is the Company’s policy to comply with all Sanctions Laws in our operations worldwide. To this end, the Company will comply with all economic and trade sanctions applicable to our business activities.

In order to ensure to comply with all Sanctions Laws, Pubpower has a Sanctions Policy that define the minimum standards including:

Screening customers according to the sanctions lists issued by the UN, the EU, the US (including the Office of Foreign Asset Control of the US (OFAC)) and all applicable local regulatory sanctions lists in the jurisdictions in which Pubpower operate.

Prohibiting or restricting all business activities and customer relationships that we believe may violate the applicable sanctions laws.

Pubpower may further investigate into whether a particular transaction or relationship may present a potential economic trade sanctions regulatory issue. All employees shall look for any red flags or suspicions that may indicate the direct or indirect involvement of a restricted territory, restricted party, controlled item, service, end-use or any other sanctions compliance concern.

This policy is owned by Pubpower. It is subject to review and update from time to time and any updates shall be added to the Company Handbook and/or the Intranet.

Traffic sources

Pubpower ads may not be placed on pages receiving traffic from certain sources. For example, publishers may not participate in paid-to-click programs, send unwanted emails or display ads as the result of the action of any software application.

To ensure a positive experience for Internet users and Pubpower advertisers, sites displaying Pubpower ads may not:

Ad behavior

Pubpower code may not be altered in any way, nor may ads be targeted or delivered in any way that is not approved by Pubpower.

Ad placement

Publishers are encouraged to experiment with a variety of placements and ad formats. However, Pubpower code may not be placed in inappropriate places such as pop-ups, emails or software. Publishers must also adhere to the policies for each product used.

Pubpower ads, search boxes or search results may not (be):

Site behavior

Sites showing Pubpower ads should be easy for users to navigate. Sites may not change user preferences, redirect users to unwanted websites, initiate downloads, include malware or contain pop-ups or pop-unders that interfere with site navigation.

Advertising cookies

Pubpower publishers must have and abide by a privacy policy that discloses that third parties may be placing and reading cookies on your users' browsers, or using web beacons to collect information as a result of ad serving on your website.

Indemnification

The Publisher agrees to indemnify and hold Pubpower and its affiliates, employees, agents and representatives harmless from and against any and all claims, demands, liabilities, expenses, losses, damages and attorney fees arising from any and all claims and lawsuits for libel, slander, copyright, and trademark violation as well as all other claims resulting from (i) the participation of the Publisher in the Pubpower Network, (ii) operation of the Publisher’s Site(s) submitted to Pubpower for participation in the Pubpower Network or (iii) otherwise arising from Publisher’s relationship with Pubpower. The Publisher also agrees to indemnify Pubpower for any legal fees incurred by Pubpower, acting reasonably, in investigating or enforcing its rights under this agreement.

Minimum Traffic Requirements

Pubpower reserves the right to terminate this agreement should, according to Pubpower’s statistics, the number of Impressions delivered by the Publisher totals less than 750,000 impressions per month (or 25,000 impressions per day) for all website(s) in the Publishers' account.

To work with Pubpower and to keep your account in good standing, please remember to follow our Terms of Service, and stay up to date if any changes are made. Carefully read the Terms of Service; here is a brief summary:
  1. Do NOT clickon your own ads.
  2. Do NOT ask others to click on your ads.
  3. Do NOT include any prohibited site content, including adult content, violence or excessive profanity, drugs (including alcohol and tobacco), or copyrighted material.
  4. Do NOT modify the Pubpower ad code in any way.
  5. Do NOT place more than 3 ads per page.
  6. Do NOT place images near ads in a way that may mislead users into thinking that the images are associated with the ads.
